These terms and conditions govern orders placed through uk.velnoxe.com. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

1. About us

2. How an order is formed

Orders placed through this website are completed on WhatsApp. Selecting a product and sending an order message is an offer to buy, not a confirmed contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm in writing (including by WhatsApp message) that we accept your order.

We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description error has occurred, or where we cannot deliver to the address given.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Where a price has been reduced, the previous price is shown for comparison.

We take care to make sure prices are correct, but if an obvious error is found we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel.

4. Payment

No payment is taken through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you once your order is confirmed, by the method agreed in your order conversation. We will never ask for your PIN, and we will never ask you to move a payment outside the agreed method.

5. Products and availability

Product photographs, colours and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variation in colour can occur between screens and production batches. Measurements and sizing are approximate; please consult our size guide.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free to UK addresses and normally takes 7–11 working days from dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation and returns

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. We also accept returns within 30 days under our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Your legal rights

As a consumer in the UK you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather or customs delays.

10. Newsletter and discounts

By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receiving marketing emails about Velnoxe products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts).
